ACE+TATE DUKE ST
GC role for new retail store in the heart of the West End.
Opthalmic opticians with a difference, we have created trading spaces for Ace+Tate since their entry into the UK marketplace.
Eye test facilities are superb, and the company make gorgeous frames to the highest environmental sustainability standards. With one eye continually striving to reach better standards.
We have worked with them to create cost-effective new retail space, re-using where possible building services and fixtures + fittings, always creating their trademark uber-fashionable stores. The latest store will open shortly in Duke St, opposite Selfridges, London.
REGENTS UNIVERSITY
We have completed a refit to the reception area of London’s Regent’s University, one of the UK’s most cosmopolitan universities. The education sector has become a regular source of fit-out work for our business having also delivered projects elsewhere in the UK at Plymouth recently.
Regent’s University’s mission is to develop tomorrow’s global leaders. Students learn in a supportive, personal environment and enter the world of work as leaders and entrepreneurs and the university’s 30,000 alumni are independent thinkers, prepared to make their mark in the globalised world.
We have been engaged to complete a number of campus refurbishments, so that students get the best experience.

Construction services for McArthur Glen, refurbishing retail units and making alterations to the unit envelope.
Boxx Interiors Ltd have experience in providing unit amalgamation and unit splitting for retail developers at their shopping centres across the UK.
Installation of shopfronts and floor finishes, and sometimes also removal of the previous tenant’s shopfit as part of the contract.
We have completed a number of projects at McArthur Glen this summer in Swindon Designer Outlet and in Ashford and Cheshire Oaks too.
